For those who love the internet, www.scoutstuff.com is the BSA official website. Camping gear: Go to www.hikerdirect.com. On the right is a link for Hiker direct discounts. There is a quick registration (you will need to specify that you are a parent or leader), put 161 in as the troop #. They have Browning, Cedar Ridge, Sports Afield, and Alps Mountineering products (tents, sleeping bags, etc) at a 40% discount! Many of us have purchased items with complete satisfaction. There is a toll free number, and the customer service is outstanding.
